The story behind the strategy

I’m Kayla Haliski, founder and owner of Encompassed Co - a branding studio for founders of purpose-driven organizations navigating growth, change, and what comes next.

For over a decade, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside businesses and organizations in brand strategy, marketing and communications, messaging, creative direction, and visual storytelling. And while the work can take many different forms, I’m always looking for the same thing: what makes an organization itself.

I love helping leaders step back from the noise, uncover what makes their organization distinct, get clear on where they’re headed, and bring all of that to life in a way that feels true to who they are and meaningful to the people they serve.

My approach is thoughtful, relational, and strategy-first. I believe the strongest brands aren’t built by chasing what’s next - they’re built by getting clear on what matters, creating alignment around it, and building from there.

That’s the work I love most: helping organizations find their footing, see what’s possible, and build a stronger foundation for what comes next.
